By accessing or using PDFEveryone ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PDFEveryone provides free online PDF tools including merging, splitting, compressing, rotating, watermarking, converting, and unlocking PDF files. The Service is provided "as is" without guarantee of uptime or availability.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code.
- Upload files that violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
- Attempt to overload, disrupt, or attack our servers.
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without permission.
- Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates privacy rights.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all files you upload. By uploading files, you grant PDFEveryone a temporary licence solely to process and return those files to you. The PDFEveryone name, logo, and software are owned by PDFEveryone and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. File Uploads & Processing
You are solely responsible for the files you upload and must ensure you have the right to process them. Files are deleted automatically within 1 hour. We do not back up your files.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate. Use the Service at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFEveryone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
